CPM has taken the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tactics other industries have used to revolutionize their customer interactions and adapted them for healthcare.

While this approach cannot necessarily create need as in other industries, a comprehensive CRM program does provide the framework for meeting and responding to individual customer expectations in an increasingly customer-driven and directed marketplace.
