Palm: Wireless version can be programmed onto Palm® devices for easier availability at health fairs and employer sites. Results available via mail or in some cases, via employer health portal.

The Health Risk Assessment is one of two assessments that form a comprehensive assessment survey tool for employees in the workplace. The other is a Workplace Assessment to help employers identify top employee and organizational health needs.
As part of the Health2WorkTM Program, both the Health and Workplace Assessments measure the costs associated with healthcare, absenteeism and turnover to assist employers in managing these issues. This information, provided in aggregate reports, can help employers to establish baseline costs, compare those costs to norms and then to monitor improvement.
